After framing houses with his brother, Juan Muñoz wanted to go out on his own. He started Muñoz Construction in 1999 with residential framing as its first work.

Muñoz Construction LLC is based in Gales Creek, Oregon. Juan learned the trade framing houses alongside his brother before starting the company. Residential framing remains a foundation of the business.
Our framing work has included subdivisions ranging from 20 to 600 lots, and now a subdivision of roughly 900 lots. We have also framed apartment buildings with elevators. These projects show the range of work our crew can take on, from a single building to a large development.
Beyond framing, our experience includes building houses and ADUs from the ground up through the finished project. We are interested in projects of different sizes and scopes. Tell us what you are planning so we can review the work, location and schedule together.
