This policy explains how Muñoz Construction LLC handles information submitted through this website. It covers our website inquiry forms, including requests for home projects and framing bids.
Information you send us
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company if supplied, project type, project location, timing, and project details. Builder inquiries can also include a shared plan link or an attached PDF, JPG, or PNG plan. The project checklist form collects your first and last name and email, optional mobile number and city or ZIP, and whether you opted into separate project follow-up. Please share only documents you are authorized to provide.
Website and access information
Our website and hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and access or security data. When analytics is enabled, we measure page visits, phone and email link clicks, and successful form submissions without sending form contents or identifying visitors. We do not ask for payment card information through our inquiry forms.
How we use information
We use inquiries and plans to evaluate project fit and scope, prepare or discuss a possible bid, contact you, manage business records, and protect the website against misuse. We save checklist requests to email the PDF as an attachment and record whether you opted into separate project follow-up. A checklist request alone does not grant permission for separate project follow-up. Sending an inquiry does not itself create a construction contract.
Who can access information
Authorized Muñoz Construction personnel can review inquiries. Attached plans are stored privately and accessed through a restricted review page. Website hosting and storage providers process information to operate the site. When connected, Web3Forms receives the details you put in a project inquiry to notify our team by email, but not an attached plan file; Resend receives the address and attached PDF needed to deliver a requested checklist. Our customer management and analytics providers may process information needed for their respective functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. A plan link you choose to share remains subject to the access settings of the service hosting that link.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries and attachments as needed to evaluate and follow up on projects, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and private storage for attachments, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through the forms.
Your requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected]. We will review requests in light of applicable law and any records we need to retain.
Other websites and changes
Links to other sites, including Instagram and plan-sharing services, are subject to their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The effective date above shows when this version was published.
